KASEY SWING
FOUNDER & ESTHETICIAN/PMU ARTIST
Kasey is a licensed esthetician with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Her journey began in the world of medical aesthetics, where she spent years working alongside a plastic surgeon, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills in advanced skincare treatments.
In 2020, Kasey expanded her expertise into lash extensions and permanent makeup. She opened her first space right here in Fort Thomas. As she built relationships with her clients, she realized many of them could benefit from the medical aesthetic services she was trained in. That insight led Kasey to blend both worlds—creating a salon experience that bridges beauty and clinical expertise.
The most pivotal moments in our business was finding Mary. Her talent and shared vision helped elevate the studio to a new level, and things have been growing ever since.
Today, Kasey’s focus is on permanent makeup, with Nano Brows being her favorite service to perform. “I’m passionate about enhancing natural beauty and helping my clients feel more confident every time they leave my chair.”
When Kasey is not in the Medspa, she’s a proud mom to Crew and Rory. “I’m deeply committed to continuing to grow our presence in the Fort Thomas community and beyond—and I’m so grateful to be a part of your beauty journey!”
KENDALL ZEPERNICK
ESTHETICIAN
A dual state (OH/KY) licensed esthetician & professional makeup artist dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant, and confident skin. With expertise in rejuvenating facials, acne management, full-body waxing, & professional makeup applications, Kendall provides customized treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health.
Kendall is committed to delivering inclusive care, offering personalized services for all skin types & tones. Her approach blends advanced techniques with a genuine passion for client well-being, ensuring every treatment is tailored to meet individual goals.

Shannon Thomas
SPA COORDINATOR
After earning her degree in Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University, Shannon built a successful career in human resources, where she worked for nine years before choosing to step away and focus on raising her three daughters. During that time, she poured her energy into volunteer work—supporting her children’s schools, the Charities Guild of Northern Kentucky, and the Fort Thomas Education Foundation.
Shannon joined ANKY in 2024 as a Spa Coordinator. She loves welcoming clients each day and seeing the joy and confidence they experience after their treatments—many of whom she now considers like family.
Outside of ANKY, Shannon enjoys pilates, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Hunter, and their three girls.
MARY SHARPSHAIR
MEDICAL DIRECTOR/NURSE INJECTOR
At Aesthetics of Northern Kentucky, Mary blends advanced medical aesthetics training with an artist’s precision to deliver results that go far beyond the surface. She specializes in:

When she’s not working she enjoys time with her wonderful husband, 11 children, fitness, gardening, and being a sports mom.

When I’m not with clients, I’m usually at home with my two fur-babies, planning my upcoming wedding or doing some fun outdoor adventures with my fiancé! 🤍
