HOW IT WORKS
The procedure is quick and performed in-office with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime. Most patients resume normal activities the same day, though compression stockings may be recommended to support optimal healing and results. Over the following weeks, treated veins progressively lighten and disappear, leaving the skin looking clearer and more even-toned. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on the number and size of veins being treated.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Following your microneedling session, your skin may appear slightly red and feel warm, similar to a mild sunburn. This usually subsides within 24–48 hours. Light flaking or peeling may occur as your skin renews itself, revealing fresher, smoother skin underneath.
Most clients see noticeable improvement within a few weeks, with continued results as collagen production ramps up over the next few months. A series of treatments — usually spaced 4–6 weeks apart — is recommended for optimal results, with maintenance sessions as needed.
