Bellafill is a long-lasting collagen-based dermal (skin) filler that blends smooth bovine collagen gel (about 80%) with PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres (about 20%). The bovine collagen provides immediate volume, while the PMMA microspheres create a supportive scaffold that stimulates your body to produce its own collagen over time.
