Ideal for tight hips, shoulders, back discomfort, or workout recovery, this service helps restore range of motion and reduce stiffness. Most patients leave feeling lighter, more open, and noticeably more mobile, with no downtime required.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your session begins with a brief discussion about areas of tightness, mobility goals, or recent physical activity. You will remain fully cloted while your provider gently guides your body through assisted stretches coordinated with slow, controlled breathing. Movements are intentional and never forced, allowing your muscles to release safely and effectively. Many patients notice immediate improvements in flexibility and reduced tension, with no downtime required after treatment.

HOW IT WORKS

Guided Stretch Therapy uses assisted, breath-coordinated stretching to safely lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility, and enhance circulation. Your provider gently guides your body through controlled ranges of motion while encouraging slow breathing to help muscles release without strain. This service is available as a 30-minute session for $60 or a 60-minute session for $110, allowing you to choose between a focused tension release or a more comprehensive full-body mobility experience.
